Nature of the service
evtol.nz publishes research, maps, trackers and planning tools about advanced air mobility. All outputs are planning-grade: they support siting, consenting, investment and policy decisions. They are not airworthiness certification, obstacle-limitation-surface assessments, instrument flight procedure design, noise-compliance certification, legal advice or financial advice, and must not be used for navigation.
Accuracy
We cite the source and date of every figure and correct errors when they are reported. Figures drawn from third parties are theirs; estimates are labelled as ours. We make no warranty that any figure remains current after its stated date.
Use of content
You may quote and link to public pages with attribution to evtol.nz and the underlying source. Systematic copying, scraping or redistribution of the trackers, data or maps requires a licence. Subscription and Atlas content is licensed to the subscribing organisation under the order form that governs it.
Third-party data
Maps include data from Toitū Te Whenua LINZ (CC BY 4.0), OpenStreetMap contributors and other named providers under their own licences. Aeronautical information is reused under agreement and is not reproduced for operational use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, evtol.nz is not liable for decisions made in reliance on public pages. Liability under paid agreements is set out in those agreements.
